I just could not stand leaving you for two weeks without showing you all what I’ve been working on for the past few days =D when I come back, I’ll have the background all finished…if I get the time *thinks of the piles of homework and shudders* Hahaha

These are two, yet unnamed, new characters of mine. When I come back, hopefully they will have names too :XD:
They live in a completely different time from my other characters, and are in no way associated with them. There is no likeness between Akia and them with these two. At all ;p However, this new pair will be the ones that you will be seeing more of. This isn’t because I’m growing away from my older characters….it’s just easier to draw these ones :XD:

I’m really proud of this, even if there is no background yet. I also realised that I hadn’t really any blonds as characters… so she is blond ;p

I really hope you like it! and I hope you all have an absolutely wonderful two weeks :glomp:

The background is going to be dark, and she is going to be 'washed out' by the 'brilliance' of the 'trophy' =D However, she does have a rather different complexion, I chose that on purpose.

The colors are great and I love the hair! Especially the guy's... I can't do short guy hair to save my life!! One thing that looks off is the skull of the girl. It is a very common mistake and too late to fix it probably :/. Basically it is "the disappearing skull". The back of her head is not large enough. Next time it may be helpful to actually draw the skull before you put hair on. The difference in skin color is really interesting. Great contrast! And you did the wrinkles so well! I can't do wrinkles... :(

Wow! How do you do those textures? I love the one on the girl's shirt. And the glowing yellow light! Fantastic chartacter designs; I can't wait to see this finished. :)

Do you have Photoshop? Or a computer program that would allow you to use layers? To do the textures I used, you need them. If so, (or if you just wanted to know :XD:) I can note you later with some tutorials and explain a bit =D I love textures, they are really fun to do.
